Data processing when users visit the Ceno Power Quality website

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster: 1&1 IONOS SE). Personal data collected on this website is processed and partially stored on the hoster’s servers.

The hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Our hoster will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfill its service obligations and follow our instructions regarding this data.

Every time you visit a website, data is collected and exchanged. When calling up our Ceno Power Quality GmbH website, the service provider automatically and temporarily collects and stores the following information in the server log files, which are transmitted by your browser:

Contact through our forms

Your given data (name, e-mail address) will be used project-related for the purpose of creating and processing the project-related registration, contact, implementation and postprocessing. Your data will be forwarded to us by e-mail via our provider.

We only store your data for as long as is necessary to provide our service or for verification purposes, or we have a legitimate interest in further storage. In all other cases, we will delete your personal data with the exception of data that we must continue to store in order to fulfil legal obligations.
